How to order

Here at USB Europe, offering great customer service is really important to us. If there is something you would like that you can't see, we are still able to help you. The USB ranges available are vast and we doubt we could fit them all on the site, but we do try!

When you call us to make an order or to get a quote, please have this information ready:

  • Decide what USB styles you like
  • What quantity? We usually provide you with proces for alternative amounts too so you can compare the cost
  • If there is a colour choice, what colour would you like?
  • What's your deadline for receipt?
  • Decide on your memory requirements; choose memory sizes from 512MB, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 32 or a massive 64GB
  • Do you want an upload to be included on your flash drive? If so, let us know the upload size required
  • Unless you're printing in black and white, you will need a pantone reference for each colour.
  • We can email you a Pantone reference chart
  • How many print colours are there?
  • You many need to contact us for individual print specifications and limitations to make sure your artwork is the correct size
  • Engraving artwork and solid colour design needs to be provided to us in an editable vectorised EPS file.
  • Photographic or 4 colour process artwork has to be provided in an editable vectorised EPS file.
