Artwork Specifications

All of the USB promotional flash drives, mp3 players and digital photo frames we supply can be custom printed with your company logos and artwork. The majority of our products can only be printed with simple spot colour designs or engraved. Although on some of our USB promotional flash drives we can print up to full colour, please contact us to discuss this printing method on how best to supply artwork for this method.

Each of the USB products that we offer have different artwork requirements and print areas, please see details below for a general rule on all artwork, if you require a specific artwork guide for your chosen product please do not hesitate to contact us.

It is often best to email us editable artwork as this is the quickest option, if the file size is very large then we may require this to be sent via top or on a CD!

Artwork should have clear and specific colour indications in Pantone/PMS references. Please note: numbers preceded by C indicate printing on product surfaces, numbers preceded by U are used for printing on paper.

Where possible please make sure that you outline all fonts or include these within the artwork. The best printing always begins with the best artwork.

Below, we have specified the ideals in respect of all types of artwork. Naturally, we like to receive clear and precise artwork; the better the artwork the better the printing will be. We can accept camera-ready artwork in 2 variations:

Artwork is required as colour separated EPS files. Please send us all the fonts you have used in your artwork, or change the fonts into vectors or contours. Artwork for printing on products
